New setup to run and control bioprocess

European Biotech’s was on a lookout for bioreactor for mammalian cells, equipped with a full range of sensors and a comprehensive control platform. The platform needed to provide remote access, parameter control, user management, automated monitoring of critical process parameters, and alarm generation with notifications. Bioreactor producer was supposed to provide reliable service coverage within Poland.

We delivered QB Systems® that made it easy to set up, run, and fine‑tune client’s bioprocesses with full automation. Entire setup is operated using QB Control , which streamlines workflows, maintains data integrity, and accelerates research.

VESSEL. The setup consisted of pH, CO2, O2, temperature, DO, and OD sensors, along with a 1 L glass-jacketed vessel and an agitator.
